World 🌎 Infant, child adolescent and mental health day!!

Have you ever noticed how some days you feel like you can conquer the world, and other days you just want to hide under your covers? That is your m****l health talking! At SNS Academy, we recently celebrated World Infant, Child, and Adolescent m****l Health Day to remind everyone that our feelings are just as important as our grades or our physical health. Being healthy isn’t just about eating your vegetables or running fast in PE; it is about feeling happy, confident, and knowing how to handle it when things get a little bit tough.

In our fast-moving world, being a student can be really stressful. We have to balance our studies, competitions, and trying to fit in with our friends. Sometimes, all that pressure makes us feel anxious or lonely, but we might be too shy to say anything. That is why this day is so special. It encourages our parents and teachers to really listen to us, and it reminds us that we aren’t alone in how we feel.

One of the best parts of the day was the skit competition organized by Pathways Kovai. Our team performed a play with a very important message: “Feel it, Heal it, and Share it.” We showed everyone that hiding your emotions is never a good idea. Instead, we should “feel” our emotions without being ashamed, take time to “heal” by being kind to ourselves, and most importantly, “share” our worries with someone we trust. We also talked about how bullying can really hurt someone’s m****l health and why being kind is the best way to support our classmates.

Focusing on m****l health helps us grow into strong and happy individuals. When we talk about our feelings, we feel much lighter and our friendships get even stronger. Of course, there are challenges, like people being afraid of being judged or spending way too much time on phones and gadgets, which can make us feel disconnected. But if we keep spreading awareness and showing empathy, we can make our school a safe place for everyone. m****l health is a journey, and as long as we care for each other and keep talking, we can achieve anything together!
