WHEN MY NAME WAS CALLED 😎👏

Annual Day is always a fun, exciting, and joyful day at school. Every year, I usually dance on the stage. However, this year I did not perform. I decided to go late to the celebration because I did not know that I had been nominated for the ARP Award. Even though I did not dance, I still had the chance to go up on the stage. My team and I were very happy because we won the Silver Award.

I had reached the event a little late, so my grandparents and I quickly rushed when our names were called for the award. It was a very surprising and proud moment for me.

A few days later, when I was in the library, the librarian ma’am called me and told me that my team and I had appeared in the newspaper. When I went home and checked the newspaper, I was very excited to see that it was true. Seeing my photo along with my team in the newspaper made me feel very proud and happy.
