      Leadership Is Not a Title

Many people associate leadership with management positions. However, true leadership has little to do with job titles.

Leadership is about influence, accountability, and the ability to inspire others toward a common goal.

Some of the strongest leaders I’ve encountered were not managers. They were team members who:

      • Took initiative

      • Supported colleagues

      • Solved problems proactively

      • Communicated effectively

      • Set positive examples

Organizations benefit when leadership is encouraged at every level.

Whether you’re an intern, specialist, manager, or executive, you have opportunities to lead through your actions every day.

Leadership begins with responsibility, not authority.

How do you demonstrate leadership in your current role?
