      Holi

Holi is one of the most joyful and colorful festivals celebrated in India. It is known as the Festival of Colors and usually takes place in March, marking the arrival of spring and the end of winter. Holi brings people together and spreads happiness, love, and unity among all.
The festival begins with Holika Dahan, where people light a bonfire on the night before Holi. This ritual symbolizes the victory of good over e**l. The next day is the main celebration, where people play with bright colored powders called gulal, splash water, and enjoy music and dance.
Friends and families gather to celebrate, forgive past mistakes, and strengthen their relationships. Children especially enjoy playing with water balloons and pichkaris. People also prepare and share delicious sweets like Gujiya and refreshing drinks.
Holi is not just about colors but also about spreading joy, kindness, and positivity. It teaches us to live happily, forget differences, and celebrate life together with love and enthusiasm.
