The deep ocean is one of the most mysterious places on Earth. Even today, a large part of it remains unexplored. Scientists believe that more than 80% of the ocean is still unknown, which makes it full of secrets waiting to be discovered.

The deepest part of the ocean is the Mariana Trench. It is so deep that sunlight cannot reach the bottom, making it completely dark and extremely cold. The pressure there is also very high, which makes exploration difficult.

Despite these harsh conditions, many strange and fascinating creatures live in the deep sea. Some fish, like the anglerfish, produce their own light to attract prey. Others have large eyes to see in the dark or soft bodies to survive the pressure. There are also transparent animals that are almost invisible in the water.

Creatures like the giant squid are rarely seen and remain a mystery to scientists. New species are still being discovered, showing how little we know about life in the deep ocean.
