I had so much fun during our school’s Bridge Course! It was a special time before our regular classes started. It wasn’t just about lessons; it was like a big festival where we learned new things and had a lot of excitement every day.
One of my favorite parts was the skit competition. Our teacher told us to act out stories about “emotional matters.” My group did a play about how to be a good friend and help someone who is feeling sad. It was very touching, and some of the stories made us feel very emotional. We learned that it is important to talk about our feelings and be kind to everyone.
After the plays, we had a very cool competition called “Eco-Waste.” We had to learn how to put waste in the right bins and come up with ideas to keep our earth clean. I was so happy because I won a prize! They gave us useful things like new notebooks, pencils, and erasers. It made me feel proud to help the environment.
The best day of all was “Happy Day.” On this day, there were no books at all! We set up different stalls in the school. Some of my friends had food stalls with yummy snacks, and others also had stalls where you could eat and enjoy . We walked around with our friends, bought things from the stalls, and laughed a lot. There was music playing, and everyone was dancing and smiling.
This Bridge Course was the best way to start the school year. I am not scared of my new classes anymore because I had such a great time with my teachers and friends. I will always remember the prizes I won and the fun we had on Happy Day!
