• MY HOBBY

      A hobby is an activity that we enjoy doing in our free time. It gives us happiness, relaxation, and helps us develop new skills. My favorite hobby is gymnastics, which I enjoy very much because it keeps me active, strong, and flexible.

      Gymnastics is a sport that involves various physical exercises such as stretching, jumping, balancing, rolling, and performing different body movements. It requires strength, discipline, coordination, and practice. I developed an interest in gymnastics when I saw athletes performing amazing skills with ease and confidence.

      I practice gymnastics regularly under the guidance of my coach. Every training session begins with warm-up exercises to prepare the body and prevent injuries. After that, we practice different movements like cartwheels, handstands, and floor exercises. At first, I found many skills difficult, but with continuous practice and determination, I improved step by step.

      Gymnastics has many benefits for both the body and mind. It improves flexibility, balance, and physical strength. It also helps me stay fit and healthy. Apart from physical benefits, gymnastics teaches discipline, patience, and focus. It boosts my self-confidence and encourages me to face challenges without fear.
