Syllabus
• To equip students with an understanding of the role and importance of human resource management in achieving organizational objectives, including the planning and job analysis strategies used in organizations. To develop the ability to analyze and apply selection, recruitment, and retention strategies, evaluate compensation systems and their impact on employee motivation and organizational performance, and understand the dynamics of employee relations, conflict resolution, and the collective bargaining process.
